Amphibia Sports has reached a 2014 sponsorship agreement with professional angler Melvin Smitson. "I want to than Amphibia Sports for this great sponsorship opportunity. I have been wearing a pair of Crimson Red frames from Amphibia hear in 2013. To be perfectly honest with you, I originally purchased my Amphibia fishing sunglasses because I wanted a more polished look out on the water. The Crimson Red color from Amphibia happened to match up with my truck, boat and jersey. What I really got instead of just style with my Amphibia sunglasses purchase, was an incredible amount of substance." ~ Said Melvin.

A few characteristics that help set Amphibia apart from other leading brands would be the amount of technology used in each pair of quality sunglasses. Amphibia sunglasses float, their lightweight, built with rugged TR-90 polymers for durability, feature horizontal light displacement, have glare reduction and Amphibia sunglasses use high silicon rubber for custom fit to eliminate slipping.

Smitson went on to say: "I have used around 5 different brands of fishing sunglasses and I don't remember any of those brands being nearly as advanced as Amphibia sunglasses are where it matters the most, out on the water!  I finished out this year ranked 3rd best angler from Maryland in the FLW Everstart Northern Division and part of that success has to be credited to my Amphibia sunglasses."
